Q: Tell us about your practice.
A: I focus on the issues that are important to our business clients, including startups as well as companies that we have served multiple generations. This includes entity formation, contracts, employment law, buying and selling companies, and more.
Q: What does your day-to-day look like?
A: A typical day could begin with a meeting with clients who are in the process of transitioning ownership of their family company from one generation to another, followed by a phone call with a client who is dealing with an employment issue at the office, and in the afternoon, another meeting with clients who are looking to acquire a new company. Every day is different but always interesting!
Q: Why should clients choose Crary Huff?
A: One of the things we say a lot around here is “All we have is our people.” We don’t own a secret recipe or make a certain product. Rather, we are a group of people who are skilled at what we do. We also have great clients, and we pride ourselves on building relationships and providing excellent legal services.
Q: Do you have any unique hobbies?
A: I love to travel, and I also enjoy hiking, reading (almost anything), and baseball.
