Q: Tell us about your practice.
A: I am a transactional attorney. I assist clients with corporate, business law and real estate matters.
Q: What is your favorite part about being an attorney?
A: I enjoy assisting others within the community and getting to continuously learn about different areas of the law. Being an attorney is like being a lifelong student, as we are always learning something new.
Q: Why did you want to work at Crary Huff?
A: I wanted to work at Crary Huff Law Firm because of the culture and people within the Firm. I first worked at Crary Huff as an office runner, which is part of the Firm’s pre-law studies relationship with Morningside College. That experience was part of my decision to go to law school, and I then became a summer associate with the Firm during law school. Now I’m an attorney with the Firm, and through my various roles at Crary Huff, I have been provided with great mentorship which I look forward to applying for the benefit of our clients.
Q: Favorite Legal Movie?
A: My favorite legal movie is the Trial of the Chicago 7. While it is not my area of practice, I have always been interested in civil rights and wrongful convictions.
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: In general, I enjoy being outdoors, but I specifically enjoy hiking with my two dogs and fiancée as well as golfing. I also enjoy watching sports, specifically college football and basketball, and am a passionate lifelong KU Jayhawks fan (Rock Chalk). I also hope to become a more frequent traveler and visit historical landmarks around the world.
