Q: Tell us about your practice.
A: I practice in all types of litigation, especially construction disputes, personal injury, insurance defense, business litigation, and employment litigation.
Q: What do your cases look like?
A: I have counseled on cases from a $75 million construction project to a cracking basement foundation. Recently, I’ve handled a growing number of trust disputes with rising farmland prices. Less recently, I was involved in one of the first anti-spamming cases back when AOL was king of the internet. That case always stands out in my memory.
Q: What is unique about Crary Huff?
A: One thing that sets us apart is never being afraid of change. We have adopted a comprehensive approach to client service. We take the time to get to know our clients, become involved in their business matters, and interpret their best possible resolutions.
Q: What are your hobbies or interests?
A: Nebraska football. I went to Nebraska for law school and undergraduate studies, and I grew up in Northeast Nebraska, and I’m a lifelong Husker fan. I also like to golf and to read. I’m a fan of classic literature.
Q: What got you interested in law?
A: I like to read, problem solve, and learn new things. All three of those things occur when you practice law. It suits my personality.
